These are the very first Bear Amateur Galleries that I put up. These were on BearPress, a news site I ran from '99 thru '00. You have to remember, at the time, digital cameras weren't really on the market yet and not everyone had scanners. Also connections were slow, so high-res pictures just did not exist. You're going to find a lot of the galleries here with sets of 3 to 4 pictures, small and grainy. However the purpose of this gallery is for history and nostalgia.
